Privacy policy
Bretton Bot is a small, family-run schedule service — not an ad platform, not a data business. This page says plainly what we store and what we will never do with it.
What we store
- Family schedules — the games, practices, and events pulled from your sports apps' calendar feeds, plus venue, uniform, and field notes your family adds.
- Names and email addresses — the family members who log in, and the recipients who get schedule digest emails.
- Login records — session information needed to keep you signed in.
Where it lives
Everything is stored on a single server in the United States. Digest emails are delivered through Amazon's email service (AWS SES).
What we never do
- We never sell your data — to anyone, for anything.
- We never use tracking pixels, analytics trackers, or ad networks.
- We never share your family's schedule with other families. Each family's data is isolated.
Digest emails go only to the recipients your family configures. Every digest includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately, no login required.
Deleting your data
Ask and your family's data is removed from the live system. One honest caveat: routine backups keep a copy for up to 7 days after deletion before they age out; server disk snapshots may persist somewhat longer on their own retention schedule. On request we will purge those too.
Contact
For deletion requests or any privacy question, contact the operator who runs your family's Bretton Bot instance.
